After a solid rally to 7.5c from 1c, we would recommend taking profits on Clean Seas Tuna because:
1. Technically 7.5c is an important resistance level
2. The market cap of $56mil is very high for a stock to support
3. The company is destined to raise money at these levels, and expansion will mean delays, so expect dilution
4. Also expect artificial support to allow an underwriter of the issue to exit the stock
Great story; but only sustained earnings will keep them so...so don't be the sucker who surrendered all their profits. I'm expecting an issue at 4c support level, so expect them to pull back to that level. The underwriter has probably already been announced...but there might be a Japanese trading company or 'buyer' of product who is prepared to underwrite the issue. As we follow the Japanese sushi market, we were actually suggesting people buy this stock, as they had a shortage of sushi in Japan. i.e. Sushi is popular these days globally.
